I applied online. I interviewed at Entertainment Community Fund (Los Angeles, CA) in July 2022
Interview
The supervisors interviewing were kind and created an environment where you felt at ease. The questions were phrased in such a way that it didn't feel like an interview to drill you on skills or the application of skills. It is a layered hiring process, however, so there may be additional skill-set application questions in the future.
