I was contacted via email for an interview after the company received my resume. The interviewer asked me several tough questions, especially regarding my interest in entertainment and what I do to stay updated on the industry. It seemed to me that they are mostly looking for someone who is informed, knows what they want to do, and has a bit of knowledge or experience to back it up.
