Entrepreneur Media interview questions

They were super quick with emails but the emails were a little confusing. Ms. Puckett was very understand about my current schedule and let me responded slower that I would have desired to. The interview was a list of 21 questions that I has to type answers to and email back. They felt in-depth but not too specific.

So the HR contacted me saying, “I applied for a position on LinkedIn”, which I did. She asked me few general questions about relocating and my current and expected CTC. While I clearly told her my expectations, she said, we will be able to fulfil that and asked me for an another interview with the editor. I cleared that round as well, the HR told me that she will contact me further for next round in few days and they kept me hanging for two weeks. After two weeks she called back and said our Editor-in-Chief would like to talk to you. They kept me waiting for 3 hrs that day and after that a dumb guy calls me to interview me and said the editor was busy so he had to call. That all sounds weird! No at later stage when I have wasted 4 weeks and cleared 3 interviews the HR again called me and said my expectations are high and they couldn’t offer that much and offered a low package. However being in need i agreed on little lower package. The HR I think without discussing sent me the salary offer on email and later when the owner of franchise.net or so called Entrepreneur media would have come to know, she would have thrashed the lady, bcz when the HR called back she in her depressed voice said the Editor is not okay with the salary and offered 40%low of what I initially asked. The story doesn’t ends here they kept me waiting for another 3 weeks saying “we will discuss with the editor”. The HR kept messaging that you are ok with what we offer. They wasted my time, while they never wanted to hire anyone! Please clarify the expected salary everytime these scum bags contact you!
