Two phone calls with an HR rep followed by a day of shadowing a project manager in the field. There may be more but I didn’t make it past this round. High demand interview process that doesn’t match the job pay or values of the company. I was told that at the end of shadowing an area manager, I would have an interview with the division manager. It was obvious that the area manager had some beef with me because after we finished our shadowing, he went to see “if his boss was free for an interview” and then came back a few minutes later saying he was busy and couldn’t interview with me. It was obvious he just didn’t like me and wouldn’t pass me on to his division manager. If you’re making people take a day off work, give them a fair interview process!

The interview process is very friendly and eager to understand what kind of individual that you are. They are also very fast in contacting you and responding to all your questions.
