The interview process consists of two phases which assess:
1) Awareness about the latest technological trends and self-awareness.
2) Ability to solve technical problems based on the candidate's profile.
The interview process was very smooth. Actually, this is one of the best interview experiences I ever had. The interview gives balanced emphasis on judging awareness of the candidate and technical aptitude. The interviewer Mr. Deepak Jain (Director of Envirc Solutions) was very co-operative.
