Environmental Allies interview questions

The interview process was fairly straightforward and simple. The typical interview questions, and the people in charge seem nice and genuine. Was told that I would most likely hear that day but then they attempted to hire me on the spot. They informed me that roles would change very frequently which was a major red flag. However the big kicker was that the job listing says $55-65k for compensation but they won't tell you until you're sitting in the office that you'll only make $13 hourly.

The process itself was kind of long, They brought me in October 2023 and i didn't hear back from them, it wasn't till I heard back until January 2024 and they gave me an offer and usually start anyone at $80k salary and couldn't really negotiate.
