Environmental Charter School interview questions

Phone Screen so they get to know your personality, then in person to know your technical skills, and finally references to get to know you as a professional from previous job experiences.

Went through an intensive multi step process that went on for about a month and had to write an entire unit of material with sample lessons. Went through the interview process and never heard back from them. I am still holding on for hearing back from them either way, but it has been a month and a half, so I am sure they went another direction.
