There is a technical hands on, open book "exam" where you are given a bulleted list of items to complete within an allotted time. You are not observed during this but the computer you are using is being recorded.
After that there is a panel interview with 4-5 staff members including team leads and managers and C level people. It involves round robin questioning and lasts about an hour. Some of the questions I was asked made sense for the job role but others were more asinine and irrelevant, vaguely subjective looking for an open ended answer.
