Envisics Engineer interview questions

Communication and organisation was poor from Envisics. After being told an interview was being organised. I didn't hear back about details for a long while until I had to chase and find out a date, time and other details for the interview. At the interview there was an introduction to the company, a technical interview and compentency interview. Everyone was friendly but not very organised. Interview itself went really well. Afterwards, again communication was poor. Didn't hear back for some time. After contacting the recruitment team a few times I didn't hear back at all. Overall, the technical experience was good as the work appeared interesting but their HR team or general running of the company is very concerning particulary on poor organisation and communication. Essentially makes you lose faith in local small companies. Decided to stick with the big guns in the end.
