Relatively easy interview process. They want to grow the company by hiring more and more employees. It was like a group interview with others looking to get hired. The entire process was pretty fast. A lot of us were hired instantly. If you really need to work and want to work this is a good place to apply. I like the straightforward approach of the interview, which was done by someone who actually does the job.

Question 1
All of the questions were standard and if you can't answer these questions truthfully and honestly you don't need to apply.
Easy interview, not that bad of a process, just make sure you pass the cabin cleaning test, they will fire you on the spot ! Which is kind of messed up
I applied online. I interviewed at Envoy Air (Fort Worth, TX) in Apr 2021
Interview
HR Rep was 12 minutes late. Process starts off in a group conference room to start with overview of position and if still interested then proceed to next step. Next is a group interview where they ask a series of the same questions to everyone in the room going around the table for responses. They then offer the position to everyone in the room, and you continue you're background check information.
