The interview was pretty smooth and casual. The interviewer focused mainly on my previous work and experience, especially related to animation programming. He asked simple and direct questions like what projects I’ve worked on, what kind of animation systems I’ve implemented, and how I handled certain tasks in Unreal Engine. There were no questions about data structures or algorithms (DSA), so it stayed very relevant to practical, real-world experience. Overall, it felt more like a conversation about my background and how I approach animation-related problems in game development.
