The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Sept 2016
Interview
I had a phone interview for the Project Manager Position. Then I took the online assessment. Didn't get the job, but they contacted me about applying for the Technical Services position. They flew me out to Wisconsin for the on-site interview which lasted the whole day. There was a company/software overview and an overview of the position. There was a tour and I talked to an employee and answered some situational questions then interviewed with HR. Afterwards I took another assessment on programming.
I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
Filled out an online form at a college campus job fair, was contacted via email for a phone call, then a skills assessment, and then invited for an onsite interview
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI)
Interview
Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
