I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Jan 2013
Interview
I applied online and was contacted within a week. After talking to an employee by phone, I was instructed to take the Math/Verbal/Programming assessment at a local testing site. I was invited for an on-site visit, although I feel like I learned more about the company than they learned about me. There weren't too many opportunities for me to explain why I felt I would be a good fit.

Question 1
Was not as prepared as I would have liked for the second programming assessment on-site.
Straight forward. Asked some basic questions sometimes a logic based question but mostly getting to know basic information about you and if you would be a good fit within the company and adhere to the company ethos and guidelines like the 10 commandments

Question 1
"Tell me about a time you faced a significant challenge at work. How did you handle it?"
All interviews took place during one 4-hour session. The interviews alternated between informational, providing information about the role, and interviews where I was asked questions about time management and client relations skills and general industry knowledge.

What aspect of the job do you think would come easily to you, and what aspect would be the most difficult for you?
There are multiple rounds of "interviews". Someone wl call you to do an informal informational call. You'll then have an online assessment. If you pass the assessment, you'll be invited on campus for an campus tour and in person interviews.
