Two days later HR contacted me via email expressing an interest in moving forward 4. Completed timed tests that covered three areas: logical mathematical expressions, a programming test, math / logic test 5. One week later to set up a face to face interview at their HQ 6. Within two weeks they'll get back to you.

      Interview

They first asked for a phone interview, which was pretty easy. Then, there is an online assessment that is more of an IQ test if anything. They ask some very odd questions, and then there is an open-ended programming section. The assessment has a timer, but it is not timed.

      Interview

Heavily test based. Some calls gauge genuine interest in the industry and company. This at least applies to my experience, may not be universally true for all roles across the org.
