I had a phone interview with a Epic team member that was very knowledgeable about the position and other positions in the company. It was a standard interview- we went over my resume and asked standard behavioral questions. After the phone interview I was asked to complete a skills assessment via online proctor and a behavioral assessment.

Filled out an online form at a college campus job fair, was contacted via email for a phone call, then a skills assessment, and then invited for an onsite interview

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.

Interview
Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
