After applying online, they send an email to have you take an assessment. They also schedule the phone interview. The phone interview could have been an email. It was more like a survey. Every question they asked was in the job application already. They asked no real interview questions. It ended with the interviewer reading a script about the company. The interview lasted less than 10 minutes.

Interview
Phone call with recruiter for 15 minutes, 20 minute personality quiz, and rigorous 3 hour technical exam. The technical exam enforces a strict one window policy with an automated proctor that records your screen and webcam.
Started with a 15 min personality interview that went quickly. I was asked simple questions about the position and what I expect. The next step is a long technical assessment.
