I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Oct 2023
Interview
30-minute phone call to confirm interest and review experience, 3 hour aptitude test, personality test, 10 hour unpaid Design Challenge. The interviewer I talked to on the phone was very kind and knowledgeable. I dropped out before completing the Design Challenge, because I did not feel comfortable working on a design project with content that could be used by Epic for their products without compensation. Rather than asking for process or to go over the rationale behind the design, they only wanted me to submit a finished product.

I applied online. I interviewed at Epic in June 2026
Interview
Applied, did some assessments that were essentially logic questions, some as you would expect, and others in a made-up programming language. Then went through a phone interview, design challenge, and then finally a 3-4 hour long interview final interview process.
I applied online. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI)
Interview
Haven't had an interview yet, but upon scheduling the interview, I had to take multiple assessments which albeit seemingly simple were actually kind of difficult. I have no idea how I did or the weight that they have on the actual selection process.

Applied. Got a phone call from another UX designer. Had to do a design challenge that took a week of my time but got rejected at the end and didn't get any feedback which was kind of annoying
