Had a phone interview with a designer then took the assessment. Assessment took about more than three hours. At the end of the assessment, I was pretty fatigued. After two weeks, I received the rejection letter.

Applied, did some assessments that were essentially logic questions, some as you would expect, and others in a made-up programming language. Then went through a phone interview, design challenge, and then finally a 3-4 hour long interview final interview process.

Haven't had an interview yet, but upon scheduling the interview, I had to take multiple assessments which albeit seemingly simple were actually kind of difficult. I have no idea how I did or the weight that they have on the actual selection process.
