It's a good process, very clear and easy. Everyone was really nice through the process.

Question 1
Not unexpected, but: What are your biggest weaknesses. I for whatever reason was unprepared and sounded like a moron, but got the job anyway, so oh well.
Several rounds of interviews. The first was phone, about 15 minutes, easy questions. The second was a round of tests,there was a proctor. The third was a full day of interviews with different people including hr and another projectmanager. Had to give a presentation during it.

Unnecessarily long, annoying, tiring. The interview took more than 4 hours. Following a 3 hour IQ test type thing. Had to give a 10 minute presentation on a topic of my choice in the interview.
