Question 1
Had to put together a "presentation". Was given about 20 minutes notice. It wasn't that big of a deal and came to find out later that another colleague never even had to do one. It was so random. It was like the hiring manager was just going through the motions.

Interview
Relaxed yet detailed questions to understand the requirements of the role. The interview process was three fold. A telephone interview followed by manager and director and then finally a third interview with a senior director. All three interviews were informal in that the questions were relaxed. However there was enough detail to ensure probing to get to the base for the role.
