Epicor Software Project Manager interview questions

Quick and decisive. One screening call, then two rounds over a ten day period. Everyone was great to talk to and really took the time to discuss the role in depth without a lot of irrelevant questions or unnecessary probing. I can’t want to get started working on a great product!

I had a very disappointing experience with one of Epicor’s recruiters. After I submitted my application, the recruiter reached out wanting to connect. However, she mentioned she would be on leave for three days and assured me we could connect the following week. I provided my availability as requested and waited for her response. Instead of hearing back, I received a rejection email stating they had moved forward with other candidates without any reply to my email. This left me questioning the point of reaching out in the first place. A recruiter’s professionalism is critical in representing a company’s brand and candidate experience. Unfortunately, what I experienced came across as unprofessional. I strongly recommend that Epicor provide better training to its recruiting team or reconsider who represents them to potential candidates.
