Applied online and was called in for an interview with the two leads for the team. Moved on to the second round which involved a small design project that you have a week to complete, then you present your results to a leadership board. After that, the team decides on the best fit and sends offers.

Way too many interviews, yet none with the one person you actually work with. Should’ve been a red flag to nope out there. Basic interview, pretty laid back, but none of the people that interviewed actually work with you on a regular basis.
