Eponym Customer Experience Associate interview questions

Telephone interview, followed by in person, and a test. Why this was a horrible experience? I spent 2 hours during the interview, commuted from another city. The position required someone who does "random acts of kindness" One would only imagine, to get a call back or update that you weren't chosen for the position. After emails following up going unanswered, I was disappointed with the lack of follow thru from the hiring manager. Being the position is based on human connection, not reaching out to inform candidate is a gross misstep and extremely rude.
