Eppeok Solutions interview questions

The interview was from 11pm. But it didn't started until 12:30pm. First there was a MCQ round with questions from HTML, CSS, PHP. Then at 2pm the though the interviewer didn't why I was sitting on his company do the HR told him about that. Then he asked me for the interview. He asked me to do a certain design on the computer using HTML and CSS. The job description didn't ask for Photoshop skill but they asked me to cut images from the photoshop and do the design. I couldn't and they rejected me on the spot.
