Really casual and comfortable. 2 rounds before I got offered the position. Got to speak with CEO in second-round which was great. Really curious about me and my experience and explained the JD well.

The interviewer was friendly and involved. The chat itself was and to the point but I didn’t feel rushed, I could tell the recruiter took some time to review my portfolio.

Interview
Very easy, casual interview. The admin assistant will contact you in regards to the interview. The interview was conducted by the owners of the company. No behavioural interview style questions.
After the interview I was asked to come in for a couple of trials. It took about 2 weeks before I was actually offered the job.
