Equator Business Solutions interview questions

Discovered by internal recruiter on LinkedIn followed by a screening phone call. Really great guy. Provided follow ups and really appears to take an interest in candidates. Nice, long 1+ hour long chat with UX Diector for phone interview. Light on formality and a focus on "fit" and expectations. The way it should be. Unfortunately, a candidate that had previously worked with team in the past was selected. I'm not sure how one can compete with that IMO.

I was contacted by a third party recruiter and had one face to face interview that lasted 2 hours. I had to wait 30 days just for the f2f INTERVIEW.
