Telephonic interview then 1 hr round then 1 interview with manager they mentioned 8.5 working hours but at end if u are selected the straight away say you have to work for 10-11hours everyday

I had one of the most unpleasant interview experiences of my career with this company. The interview was scheduled on a Saturday, right before Diwali, which already felt inconsiderate. Within the first two minutes, the Managing Director and Founder made it clear that he didn’t want his time “wasted.” His tone throughout the conversation was rude, condescending, and dismissive. Rather than having a meaningful discussion about the role, responsibilities, or market, he immediately started interrogating me about why I was leaving my current company after 18 months. He was visibly irritated when he learned that I hadn’t yet resigned, saying that only people who’ve already quit are “serious” about a job change. The entire experience felt hostile and disrespectful, especially considering this was for a senior leadership position. There was no sense of professionalism, empathy, or basic courtesy. Overall, I walked away feeling that this is not a workplace that values people or professionalism. I would never consider working here, no matter the role.
