I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Equifax (Dublin, Dublin) in June 2021
Interview
Phone call with internal recruiter
After that, its a 1 stage, 2 hour block made up of:
A 30min introduction with the head of the department so it settles you into the call
A 1hour call with the the lead PO and Delivery manager
A final 30min with HR with some generic questions
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Open ended, tell us about yourself, what you did, what were the processes etc.
It was a 2 Step process. First you meet with HR representative and then 2 separate panels. Questions are 50/50 behavioral and past experiences linked the role you applied to. As well as some technical questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Equifax (Leeds, England) in Jan 2020
Interview
Was sent emails to arrnage a time for a 30minute telephone interview, which I was given without any real discussion. Got myself prepared and ready as a professional person does.
Tme for the call, came and went, waited five further minutes before having to prepare for another meeting.
Lesson: if you are going to call someone to interview them, do be on time, lateness is appauling in first impressions with a company. Also in the time waiting i read the Glassdoor review of Equifax and the lack luster notes people have made. This made my mind up about continuing further.
