I applied online and was quickly invited to an interview. Most of the people I spoke with were polite and professional, which initially gave me hope. However, the process quickly turned into a drawn-out mess. Getting updates was like pulling teeth—I had to follow up constantly, and each time I was told the same vague line: “You’re a highly regarded applicant, please sit tight a little longer.”
This went on for two months, with no real progress or transparency. Then I found out—through a Glassdoor post, not even from the company—that the role had already been offered to someone else who turned it down.
I felt completely misled and strung along. The whole experience was a waste of time and energy.
