I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Equinix (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Oct 2018
Interview
I live in Stockholm i shall describe my overall experience, HR from UK said she shall call friday evening 6pm, I waited she never called, then again she fixed an appointment after a month and then she called, she fixed a direct interview in stockholm datacenter. After 4 days she congratulated me saying i got the job and told to send all the documents for background check which I did, and it took a month for back ground check, after a month she called me and said, they cant give me the job as I dont have a permenant residence in sweden (eventhough i explained that I live with my partner and I dont need help in work visa extension , all these has been mentioned during the interview to the interviewers and also to the HR during the first call ). I dont know how this system works but honestly I just dont think this seemed professional. so did I get an offer ? yes and then no.
The interview process was incredibly smooth, and the ice-breaking session was fantastic, making everyone feel at ease. The discussion about Equinix's innovative approach to data centers and interconnection was particularly insightful, highlighting its leadership in the digital infrastructure space.
