Interview was at the office in San Jose. Arrived, there were 4 others interviewing for the same position. I spoke to 3 different people for 30 minutes each, then had a short written portion where I had to write an example of an email to a customer needing help. They provided lunch and refreshments afterwards

Process was fairly easy. I interview with about four different people. Was told I got the job. Then three weeks later I was told that they had "over staffed" and they could continue with the hiring process ..
