There was a telephone screen first, followed by an in-person interview. During the in-person interview I met three people in the team. They were all very warm and welcoming, and I could tell straight away that this was the type of company I wanted to work for. The interview questions were fairly straightforward, and I had plenty of opportunity to ask my own questions to find out more about the role and the company.
