My interview process was arranged by Allegis, the MSP provider for Equinix. The scheduling and preparation were handled well in particular, Louise from Allegis was excellent and provided clear communication throughout.
The interview itself with Luke was positive. He was transparent about the role, the challenges, and what would be expected. We also discussed my current role, experience, and what I could bring to the position, which made for an engaging and professional conversation.
However, the follow-up process was unclear and disappointing. I received an email that seemed to thank me for my time but did not clarify the outcome of the interview. After sending a chaser, I still received no feedback. Clear and timely communication is essential, as candidates invest time and effort and deserve closure.
