I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Equinox (Dallas, TX) in June 2016
Interview
Started with a phone call, then stepped to an in person interview. They asked what would make you a good fit for this team? Describe your previous roles as a trainer? ETC, the interview was not hard.
The in person interview was basically your work background and questions that would help them determine your skills. How you answered those questions were relative to your experience and more.

Question 1
IF you had a potential client come up to you how would you approach and detail the sale?
Virtual and in-person interviews; virtual interview was not too bad it was a recorded interview with situational questions and multiple choice while the in-person interview was mostly a vibe check and seeing how you would take on new clients.

Question 1
One thing they asked about was how you deal with difficult clients?
I applied online. I interviewed at Equinox (Greenwich, CT)
Interview
I had a very positive phone interview experience with Equinox. The interviewer was professional, welcoming, and respectful of my time. They asked clear, thoughtful questions about my background and gave a great overview of the role, team expectations, and the company culture. The conversation felt organized and informative, and I appreciated how transparent they were about next steps in the process. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant interview experience that reflected well on the company.
Super easy, had a round with a recruiter and then met with the manager. They were very transparent about pay and work required. I see a lot of negative reviews about pay, but at least from my experience the whole pay scale was clearly communicated and lined out.
