Interview
I was sourced through an outside recruiter. The in-house recruiter was professional and lovely. The senior management team, however, were inconsistent in their priorities and not fully transparent about the role or profile. The interviews themselves, except for one, were standard and pleasant.
Screening call only. The screening itself was easy but then I was "kept warm" for a few months going forward. Only getting updates on next steps when I would ask.
