A recruiter will reach out to you once you have applied. If you can answer some basic questions and can sell yourself well, then you will be asked to come in for an in-person meeting.

Applied online and got an email for a phone interview; then got an in-person interview; each lasting at least an hour or more. It was a fairly straight forward interview process with 3 stages.

I had a phone interview with the Equinox recruiter who was excellent. Then an in person interview with the recruiter and GM. Final interview was with the regional who also was amazing and had some great interview questions. Start to finish the process took less than 2 weeks. They were organized, professional and direct.
