Super easy. starts off with a basic 15 minute get to know you interview. next round they give you some materials to look over and then ask you about that, but only ask behavioral questions. next round they do the same thing with the prep material, but more technical questions. Last round you go to their office in person and give a shark tank pitch about yourself. throughout the entire process its not strictly interview questions its a lot of small talk in between which honestly made it such an enjoyable process

Question 1
Why Equitable? Why are you interested in this role.
Straightforward and informative. Very behavioral and not technical. Did ask about something that interested me in current news. Spoke to 3 different people, 2 from different teams and 1 from HR
Easy process, it felt more like an information session than interview, got offer on the spot. Asked for my background/education, availability, etc. Thought it would be more intense seeing as it's in Manhattan.
