Equiton (Canada) interview questions

Interview Experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) I was very impressed with the interview process at Equiton. It was clear that their goal was to find the best fit for the role, and they took a thoughtful, thorough approach to get there. I appreciated the opportunity to meet with multiple team members—it gave great insight into the company culture. The process was also refreshingly transparent, which made the experience feel respectful and professional throughout.

Pretty straight forward interview process. Phone screener from someone in HR first, followed by an in-person interview with department heads. Sadly, said heads didn't seem particularly prepared, and even though I was told I'd move on to the next round with the VP, it was total silence after.
