Interview Experience:
The interview process was organized and professional. I first completed an initial screening followed by an in-person interview with the hiring team. The questions focused on customer handling, communication skills, problem-solving, and how to manage difficult situations with clients.
I was also asked about teamwork, professionalism, and how I would handle pressure in a fast-paced banking environment. The interviewers were welcoming and gave clear information about the role and expectations.
