I had several skype conversations with Zara (overseas operations manager) who was very friendly and professional. She asked about my experience in working with children, safeguarding, activity leading and general personal aptitude such as adaptability, flexibility, people skills etc.

The process began with an introductory talk about the company and some fun questions we all had to answer. Following this some more information about the role was given and a we also conducted a group task. The 1:1 interviews were then conducted in the afternoon.

The toilet in a guest room was continually flushing, the guest had already made a member of staff aware of this but nothing had been done. The guest now reports this to you, what do you do and what do you expect the outcome to be?
