Starts with a phone interview followed by several face to face interviews. If you get past the second interview your are more than likely hired. They are really looking for someone with technical ability or a technical aptitude. They also want to make sure that you fit within their culture. The culture of the company is fairly laid back and very "male". So be careful of talking about family life things (i.e. taking time for children, etc). They are looking for someone to work as much as possible for as cheap as possible.
