Interview
Relatively easy. It's not hard to get in as a student, as long as you show that you're a proactive student with above average grades. The questions are more focused on soft skills, such as collaboration skills, communication skills and time management skills.
Upload CV and motivation. In person interview with coordinator. Standard and straight forward interview process. Some behavioral questions, but not very challenging technically. Can differ per department and position. This was for a part-time vacancy as a student assistant.

Stuur sollicitatie die via e-mails worden gestuurd. Er zijn hier veel van. Dan CV + cijferlijsten opsturen. Hier hoorde ik een paar weken erna wat het resultaat is. Geen interview is/was nodig.
Het sollicitatieproces begint met twee gesprekken met professoren. Vervolgens nog een gesprek met de HT afdeling. Het proces verliep snel en voorspoedig. De communicatie was duidelijk en de tijdslijnen waren ook duidelijk.
