I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ergeon (San Jose, CA) in Jan 2019
Interview
Imagine that you make someone go through 4-6 interviews with 4-6 different people, it is like trying to please everyone which is impossible. So it juts took one subjective opinion from someone who is probably less qualified than yourself to trash you regardless of you obviously being a great asset. It is very discouraging when things like that happen. Their interview questions lack substance and real purpose, and the whole thing feels like interrogation rather than a job interview. They dumped a person with 12 years of experience, bilingual, with 100 % job success score and willing to take a rate below min wage; for who knows what subjective criteria. Very frustrating and psychologically devastating, I would advice job seekers not to take seriously any employer that would make you go through 4 or more interviews as you will hardly be able to please everyone and you'll find yourself having wasted your time and efforts to just get a rejection email template insulting you with "cold one size fits all phrases"; you will learn little or nothing form such nonsense, as they will not even tell you where you failed. So stay away from such companies.
