It was very easy and enjoyable! Johana and Madeline made it all very easy and simple. The interviews were short but with content. On the first one, with the Talent Acquisition Advisor, they explained the company values, what they are looking for, benefits, and, of course, talking about my background. On the second one, I was interviewed by the House Heads of the CSR, they talked more in-depth about the position, KPI, tasks, and our expectations and background.
They made me buy a laptop for almost $1000 and two days later they sent me an email saying that the recruitment process has been canceled after they told me that I got the job.

Interview
It was thorough at first, but then when the final interview came, the interviewer Lhacya didn’t seem too interested at the very start. Even though I answered all the questions at best, I was still declined. Her camera was also off the entire time, so interviewing with her was not a good experience and it was uncomfortable, as there were long pauses from her throughout.
It was slightly stressful but doable, just come prepared. You need to be kind and show you want to grow within the company. Study on training to ace your interview,
