The head manager told me about four other positions at the facility that I could possibly do I said yes with no problem. I had to wait for my back and check to be cleared. Then they told me we hired a lot of people so we have to see what hours we could give you three weeks they played with me just for a month later to tell me yeah we’re not hiring you when I got told I was going to get hired. I just had to wait for my hours.

It was quick and was conversational they asked questions about your boss would describe you and situational questions. And all the question were pre made on a piece of paper.

One in person interview with a design manager and one online interview with a director. I went through my portfolio and my work experiences. Nothing too complicated. They asked me about design phases and what I expect from the role and what phase of design I like the most.
