Three rounds are there first is Technical round, second Manager Round, third HR discussion the question level are mixed from easy to the difficult. You need to learn basics of the technology for which you are going to appear for an interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ericsson India Global services Pvt. Ltd. (Noida) in June 2025
Interview
It was good. 2 rounds of interview have taken place. One was purely technical. Another was discussion round with Manager. Then HR will give you a call extending the offer.

The interview process was remarkably fast-paced—I attended a round in the afternoon and received results by evening, with the next round scheduled immediately. While the speed ensured efficiency, the lack of downtime between stages felt slightly overwhelming. Clear communication and quick decisions were a plus, but candidates should be prepared for rapid back-to-back evaluations.
