The interview process went very well. It included a case study that we were given three days to review, analyze, and prepare a presentation on. The task was straightforward, and I was able to develop a clear analysis and present my findings confidently.

I had a Screening call with behavioral question and a tell me about yourself ans why Ericsson and two interview rounds, the first behavioral, the second had behavioral and a case question.

Interview
The process was straight-forward. They invited me to visit their office for interviews. It all started with the line manager, and if you were selected, then it would be the SVP. If you were selected they would invite you to talk with the HR director. Each interview session takes between 30 minutes to an hour and took a week to be notified if you passed through each stage.
