I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Ericsson (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2014
Interview
Consisted of 2 interviews. First one was just a general personality screening by the recruiter. Second one was by the PM who gave some simple coding questions and asked for some coding knowledge. The PM was friendly and just wanted to see where you were at programming wise. Nothing too technical.
Good review and easy interview. The interviewer was pleasant. Company has a great benefit package and good salary expectations . I need to finish filling out this ij order to check a company salary bracket
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ericsson (Dublin, Dublin) in July 2017
Interview
It was a full day with each part of the day having a completely different test. At first your teamwork is observed by playing in team games to see how you are able to implement the agile model. After this you will be given a Java programming interview which is not too heavy in terms of the problem-solving. Finally you will be given a face-to-face interview followed by an aptitude test
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
General questions surrounding object-oriented programming
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ericsson (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2015
Interview
There were two rounds of interviews over telephone. First one being resume and interests
and second one was coding and networking basics. I had applied online for the various roles and got calls from 3 of the teams. I chose the team that dealt with IOT and Cloud as it mostly dealt with proof of concepts on these technologies.
