I applied online. I interviewed at Ericsson (Budapest) in June 2016
Interview
Several steps: CV based, interview with HR, web-based cognitive, programming and IP skills, interview with managers. The most important was to be open, describe recent project works accurately, summing up the most important points. The IP-related test was quite in-detail, but the job was closely related to the field, so this skill is needed. Overall it was a good experience, I am sure I did not solve everything perfectly, but it was enough to get the position.
