I had my first interview on phone with the recruiter. The next step was having a phone interview with the hiring manager and the following week, they called me in for an interview with Product owners, architects, and the hiring manager.
The phone interview didn't take more than 15-20 mins however the last interview took 3 hours.

3 stages, first is with the recruiter, then hiring manager, and then with the team, followed up with logical reasoning and personality assessments. The interview was mostly technical and based on the experience
